How to Perform Rear Deltoid Rope Pull?
The Rear Deltoid Rope Pull is an exercise that targets the rear deltoid muscles in your shoulders. Here’s how you can perform it:
1. Start by standing in front of a cable machine with a rope attachment.
2. Grasp the rope with both hands and step back so that you feel tension in the cable.
3. Keep your back straight and bend forward slightly at the hips.
4. Pull the rope towards your hips while keeping your arms extended.
5. Pause briefly at the end of the movement and then slowly release the rope back to the starting position.
6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Note: Make sure to keep your movements slow and controlled to avoid using momentum and engaging other muscle groups. Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid shrugging them towards your ears.
