How to Perform Reverse Cable Crossover?
The Reverse Cable Crossover is an exercise that targets the upper back and rear deltoid muscles. Here’s how you can perform it:

- Start by standing between two cable machines, with the cables set at a high position.
2. Grasp the handles of the cables and step forward so that there is tension in the cables.
3. Keep your arms extended in front of you, with your palms facing each other.
4. Slowly pull the cables towards your hips, crossing one cable over the other, until your hands are near your hips.
5. Pause briefly at the end of the movement and then slowly return to the starting position.
6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Note: Keep your movements slow and controlled to avoid using momentum and engaging other muscle groups. Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid shrugging them towards your ears.
